Error History

The Error History screen can be displayed by tapping [Error] tab at the Control area.

The error information is displayed for each unit. As for the error information, up to 50 errors can be displayed for each unit in the order from the newest error.

Control area

(a) [All] button

Deletes the date and time set at (b) and (c) to display the error histories over entire period.

(b) Error history range start date input field

Selects the start date for error history display.

(c) Error history range end date input field

Selects the end date for error history display.

(d) [OK] button

Displays the error histories of date and time set at (b) and (c) in (e) “Error history display range”.

(e) Error history display range

Indicates the date and time range for error history display.

This range is not displayed when the error histories over entire period are displayed.

(f) [Display Option] button

Selects display / hidden for the item displayed at list area.

Display item

Device

Displays the unit model.

Address

Displays the address information (Refrigerant system address/Unit No.) of each unit.

Error 1 ~ 50

Displays the error acquisition time and error contents.

Displays currently generated errors in red.

-"Occurred": Displays the date and time when an error occurs.

-"Restored": Displays the date and time when an error is solved, and the unit is restored to its original state.

-"Contents": Displays the error contents.
