(a) Schedule Exception (Override)

Special operation schedule days (exceptional days) can be set.
When the period overlaps with the Schedule set at "Scheduling", the period is overridden in this setting.
Operate (b) to (q) by this function.

(b) Link button

  • Add Exception
    Select this to add new exceptional days.

    NOTE: If an Exception is being edited, save it before performing “Add Exception”.
    When “Add Exception” is performed, the changes by the currently editing Exception are cancelled.

(c) [-+] button
Expands or collapses the display.

(d) The setting exception name and period are displayed.

(e) Schedule Timer icon
When the exceptional day execution period comes, the icon turns green.

(f) Exception [On/Off]
Sets On/Off of the setting exceptional day.

(g) Link button

  • Delete Exception
    Select to delete the existing exceptional day.

(h) Enter the exception name.

(i) Enter the start date of schedule exception.

(j) Enter the end date of schedule exception.

(m) [Save] button
Saves the exception.

(n) Link button

  • Add Function
    Select this to add new Zone Function.

(o) Link button

  • Remove
    Select this to delete the existing Zone Function.

(p) Set the thermal On/Off
Sets On/Off for the device that can set temperature registered in the Zone.

(q) Set the temperature setpoint.

  • Dual Setpoint Auto:
    Set the set temperature for cooling and the set temperature for heating separately. During the Dual Setpoint Auto mode operation, when the room temperature exceeds the set temperature for cooling, the cooling operation is performed, and when the room temperature falls below the set temperature for heating, the heating operation is performed. (It can be used only when the setting of the indoor unit compatible with this function is valid.)
  • The settable temperature range is different for each operation mode.
    Settable temperature range
    Cool/Dry* 18 to 30 °C (64 to 88 °F) or 20 to 30 °C (68 to 88 °F)
    Heat 10 to 30 °C (48 to 88 °F)
    Dual Setpoint Auto Same as the above range, but there are temperatures that cannot be set due to the deadband.
    Auto* 18 to 30 °C (64 to 88 °F) or 20 to 30 °C (68 to 88 °F)
    The lower limit of the setting temperature is different depending on the place of use.
    The heating set temperature range of 10°C to 15°C (48°F to 58°F) may not be settable, depending on the indoor unit model.
  • Deadband:
    The deadband is the minimum value of the difference between the set temperature for cooling and the set temperature for heating (= cooling set temperature - heating set temperature) in Dual Setpoint Auto mode.
    The difference between the set temperature for cooling and heating in Dual Setpoint Auto mode cannot be smaller than the deadband. The deadband is set in the indoor unit. To change this, consult authorized service personnel.

(r) Set the operation mode.

NOTE: When the operation mode is set while its setting is limited, it is not reflected in the indoor unit even if saved. If the changed setting is not reflected in the operation mode, confirm that the operation mode is active.

(s) Link button

  • Remove
    Select this to delete existing Zone Function.

(t) Set the Ventilation On/Off
Sets On/Off for the device that can set ventilation registered in the Zone.

(u) Ventilation Target Temperature
Sets the target temperature of fresh air supplied to the Zone by Ventilator.

(v) Target airflow volume
Sets the target airflow volume.

(w) Ventilator Operation Mode
Sets the operation mode. The following types of operation modes can be set.

(b) Enter the start date.

(c) Enter the end date.

(d) [Cancel] button

(e) [Save] button
Saves the schedule exception.

NOTE: Up to 32 indoor units can be added to one Zone. Do not add more than 32 indoor units.
