Checking Air Conditioner Support Information
From the Support tab [ 
] , you can view the air conditioner's operation manual and care videos, or request cleaning and repair services.
Tap (a) to open the Support tab.
To switch the air conditioner for checking support information, tap (b), and then select the air conditioner from the Air conditioner list screen.
You can access the following support services:

View the operation manual and care videos for your air conditioner. If you haven’t registered your air conditioner, a search page will appear. |
| Cleaning | Request air conditioner cleaning services. There are two types of cleaning available: Standard Cleaning (performed while the unit is mounted on the wall) and Premium Cleaning (where the indoor unit is removed and cleaned). Estimates for cleaning are free of charge. |
| Repair | In case of a malfunction, you can request repairs or contact customer service. |
