Check the following items before requesting repairs.

Operations from the nocria app

Problems

Causes and countermeasures
Account creation/sign-in operations fail. When using Android OS, ensure that Google Chrome is set as the default browser.
The air conditioner cannot be registered. When registration fails several times, it makes air conditioner remote operation from the remote controller invalid. Then turn it valid and try registration again.
Select the wireless LAN adapter (OP-J03X-XXXXX) from the smartphone’s wireless LAN settings and delete the network setting before trying to register again.
Initialize the wireless LAN adapter before trying to register again. (For information regarding the procedure for initializing the wireless LAN adapter, refer to the air conditioner operation manual.)

The air conditioner can be operated from the nocria app.








Check if the power to the air conditioner is turned on.

Check if the power to the wireless LAN router is turned on.

Check if the smartphone is not in airplane mode.
Check if you are not in a location with poor reception.
The operation cannot be conducted if another device, such as a remote controller, is being operated. Try the operation again after waiting 10 sec. (If you are using the external wireless LAN adapter OP-J03A, wait appropriately 3 minutes and try again.)
If using the smartphone in battery-saving mode, disconnect the smartphone from the wireless LAN and then try connecting it again.
The air conditioner operation stops during air conditioner firmware updates. Wait until the update is completed. (Maximum of 30 min)

The air conditioner cannot be operated from the nocria app while a wireless LAN adapter firmware update is being processed. Use the remote controller to operate it, or wait until the update is completed. (Maximum of 5 min)

When “OFFLINE” is displayed in the “Air conditioner list” or “Operation screen”, the following are possible reasons.

    • The air conditioner power plug has been unplugged, or the air conditioner breaker has tripped.

    • The wireless LAN adapter remote operation is invalid.

    • The wireless LAN router has stopped operating.

When “Preparing for FW update” or “FW updating” is displayed in the “Air conditioner list” or “Operation screen”, a firmware update is in progress. Wait until the update is completed.

When “Operation is not available” is displayed in the “Air conditioner list” or “Operation screen”, open the repair reception page from “Help” to contact Fujitsu General.

The Weekly Timer does not work.

Make the Weekly Timer invalid. Then, turn it valid and try setting it again.

The Weekly Timer does not work when a sleep timer is set from the remote controller.

The Weekly Timer does not work when communication between the wireless LAN adapter and the nocria app remains disrupted for 24 hours or longer.

The Weekly Timer does not work when the air conditioner power has been cut off for some reason, such as a power outage, during the time the Weekly Timer is set.
The Weekly Timer setting is initialized when the air conditioner is deleted from the nocria app. To use the Weekly Timer, register the air conditioner from the nocria app and then set the Weekly Timer.
