Account settings

The account information and password can be changed.

Tap (a) to display the Account settings screen.


Changing the account name
  1. Enter your last name in (a).
  2. Enter your first name in (b).
  3. Tap [Update](c) to check the information and change the account name.

Changing the password
  1. Enter the current password in (a) and the new password in (b).
  2. Tap [Change] (c) to check the information and change the password.

NOTE

The registered e-mail address cannot be changed. To change the e-mail address, delete the account and create another account using the new e-mail address.


Sign out, Account deletion

Tap [Sign out] (a) to display the confirmation screen, and then tap [OK] to sign out of the nocria app. Tap [Cancel] to close the confirmation screen.
Tap [Account deletion] (b) to display the confirmation screen, and tap [OK] to delete the account. Tap [No] to close the confirmation screen.

NOTES

  • If you are not using the nocria app any more, be sure to delete your account so as that your customer information will be appropriately erased.
  • The registered account information is not deleted from the server even if the nocria app is uninstalled. Uninstall the app after deleting the account.
  • When you delete the account, the account information and registered air conditioner information will be deleted and cannot be restored.
  • If you wish to use the nocria app after deleting the account, you will need to register a new account.
  • To initialize the wireless LAN adapter, conduct the initialization using the remote controller. (For details, refer to the air conditioner operation manual.)
