Causes and solutions

All the lamps are off.


  • The power to the WLAN adapter is not on.
    ⇒ Check that the power to the air conditioner is on and that the air conditioner breaker does not trip.
  • **The WLAN adapter may be in Sleep mode.
    ⇒ Push the setup button on the WLAN adapter, then check if the indicator lamps turn on.
  • The indicator lamps are turned off by setting from this app.
    ⇒ Refer to "LED setting" to turn the indicator lamps on.

**Only for products with Sleep mode. Refer to the setting manual to see if it applies to your WLAN adapter.

LED 2 is off or blinking fast
(Repeating 0.5 second on/0.5 second off)

  • The power to the access point is not on.
    ⇒ Check that the power to the access point is on.
  • There is a possibility that the WLAN adapter is not properly connected to the access point.
    ⇒ Refer to the following:
    Settings tab > "Support" > "WLAN support."


LED 1 is blinking fast
(Repeating 0.5 second on/0.5 second off)

It is not possible to communicate with the air conditioner.

⇒ There may be an error in the air conditioner.
Contact authorized service personnel.

All the lamps blink fast 5 times
(0.5 second on/0.5 second off)

The WLAN adapter is preparing the firmware update.

⇒You cannot operate the air conditioner from this app. Operate from the remote controller or wait until the update is complete (for a maximum of 5 minutes.)

All the lamps are blinking slowly
(Repeating 2 seconds on/2 seconds off)

The WLAN adapter is in the firmware update.

⇒You cannot operate the air conditioner from this app.
Operate from the remote controller or wait until the update is complete (for a maximum of 5 minutes.)

All the lamps blink fast 2 times
(0.5 second on/0.5 second off)

The firmware update of the WLAN adapter is complete.

(Repeating 0.5 second on/0.5 second off)

There is a problem with the WLAN adapter.

⇒ Disconnect the power supply to the air conditioner (via breaker or plug), and then re-connect.
