Check the following items before requesting repairs to this product.

The air conditioner registration fails.

If you use multiple access points, turn off the auto-join setting between your smartphone and the access point other than used for the air conditioner registration.
If your smartphone connects to the other access points, the air conditioner registration may fail.
The auto-join setting can be changed from [Settings] of your smartphone.

Delete the network connection between your smartphone and the WLAN adapter once, then try the registration again.

Initialize the WLAN adapter and try the registration again.

(Refer to the setting manual of the WLAN adapter or the operation manual of the air conditioner for the detailed procedure of the initialization.)

I am not able to operate this product from the mobile app.








Check that the power to the indoor unit is on.

If you just connected the air conditioner to the power outlet, wait for 3 minutes or more before the operation.

Check that the power to the access point is on.

Check that your smartphone is not in flight mode.
Check that you are not in a place where it is difficult to connect with radio waves.
**Check that the WLAN adapter is not in Sleep mode.
Refer to “IMPORTANT TIPS” for details.
If you use battery-saving mode on your smartphone, disconnect your smartphone from Wireless LAN, then reconnect it.
During the firmware update of the indoor unit, the air conditioner stops the operation.
Wait until the update is complete
(for a maximum of 30 minutes).
During the firmware update of the WLAN adapter, you cannot operate the air conditioner from the mobile app.
Use the
remote controller or wait until the update is complete (for a maximum of 5 minutes).

The airflow direction on the mobile app is different from the actual position of the air conditioner.

The airflow direction may be changed from a different source (remote controller or other mobile apps).

Set the desired airflow direction again.

The Weekly timer does not work.

The Weekly timer setting may be deactivated. Activate the Weekly timer again.

If the Sleep timer is set from the remote controller, the Weekly timer does not work.

If the air conditioner power has been cut off during the set time of the Weekly timer, such as because of a power outage, the Weekly timer does not work.

If you have unregistered the air conditioner from this app, the Weekly timer settings are erased.
To use the Weekly
timer, register the air conditioner and set the Weekly timer again.

The Weekly timer does not operate at the set time.

The Weekly timer operates based on the time zone setting.
Set the time zone of the region where the air conditioner is installed.
Refer to "Air conditioner editing" for details.

The temperature is not shown on the mobile app.

Check that the thermo sensor of the wired remote controller is active and the set temperature is within the settable range.

The Auto-off function of the human sensor (occupancy sensor) is not settable.

The Auto-off function is unavailable in this app. Use the remote controller.
