Setting the schedule for the firmware update

NOTE:
Sub user cannot set this function.

You can set the time to start the automatic firmware update of the air conditioner and the WLAN adapter.

NOTE:
Depending on the indoor unit, ”Firmware update” may not be shown.
In this case, the firmware update of the indoor unit is not available.
  1. Tap (a) on the "Firmware information" screen to edit the settings of the automatic firmware update.
  2. Tap (b) to activate/deactivate the automatic update.

    The automatic firmware update is activated.

    The automatic firmware update is deactivated.


  3. When you activate the automatic firmware update, the "NOTES" window appears.
    To activate the automatic firmware update, tap (d).
    To close the window without activating the automatic firmware update, tap (c).
  4. Tap (e) to set the time to start the automatic firmware update.
    The time-setting window opens.
  5. Set the time to start the automatic firmware update.
NOTES:
  • Set the time when you do not use the air conditioner for the automatic firmware update.
    The air conditioner stops the operation during the firmware update and cannot be controlled. (It takes up to 30 minutes.)
  • Once the firmware update starts, do not turn off the air conditioner and the WLAN adapter until the update is complete.
  • After the firmware update, the settings from the wireless remote controller are reset.
    Operate the air conditioner from the wireless remote controller to resend the settings.
