Account Setting

You can change your account information and password.

Tap (a) on the "Setting" screen to change your account information and password.


Changing your account name
  1. Enter your first name to (b).
  2. Enter your last name to (c).
  3. Tap (d) to complete the setting.
Changing the password
  1. Enter the current password to (b).
  2. Enter the new password to (c) and (d).

    NOTE:
    Password must contain the followings:
    • 8 or more characters
    • Combination of at least three types of characters.
      (uppercase letters [A-Z], lowercase letters [a-z], numbers [0-9], or symbols)
  3. Tap the button (e).


NOTE:
The registered e-mail address cannot be changed.
If you want to change the e-mail address, delete the current account and recreate an account with the new e-mail address.


Signing out or Deleting your account
When signing out from this app

To sign out from this app, tap the button (b).
A confirmation message appears.

To sign out from this app, tap [OK].
To close the message without signing out, tap [Cancel].

When deleting your account

To delete your account from this app and AIRSTAGE Cloud server, tap the button (c).
A confirmation message appears.

To delete your account information, tap [OK].
To close the message without the deletion, tap [Cancel].

When you are no longer using the WLAN adapter, be sure to delete your account to protect your personal information.

NOTES:
  • Your personal information is not deleted from the server of this app only by uninstalling this app.
    Be sure to delete your account by tapping (c).
  • To initialize the WLAN adapter, refer to the setting manual of the WLAN adapter or the operation manual of the air conditioner.
