Fujitsu General KL Series Air Conditioners with Enhanced Cooling for Overseas Market Wins the Good Design Award 2024
Fujitsu General's KL series of cooling-enhanced air conditioners for overseas markets receives the Good Design Award 2024.
The KL series air conditioners boast outstanding cooling performance despite their industry-leading compactness, *1 with the capacity to deliver effective cooling at outside temperatures as high as 52°C. A design focused on reducing the physical volume and number of components not only makes the KL series lightweight but also reduces the installation burden. The integration of major components also makes cleaning easy. With a universal design that blends in well with interior spaces, the product also offers good looks that will stand the test of time. Sales of the KL series began in 2023 in southern Europe, where the heat can be very severe, but it is also due to be rolled out in the Asia region shortly.

As essential items of equipment for modern lifestyles, they need to be energy efficient, durable, and easy to maintain. From a user's perspective, the look of the air conditioner in the room and ease of cleaning are also important. This product realizes a simple, compact structure by specializing in the cooling function. Its appearance is minimalist, without any excessive flashiness. The product was rated highly for comprehensively improving on the elements most required in contemporary air conditioners.
