Information Security (Information Security Policy)

The Fujitsu General Group has defined its corporate philosophy and code of conduct in the FUJITSU GENERAL Way. In line with the governance guidelines, the Group acknowledges the significance of the following: offering highly secure and reliable products and services in response to ever-changing information security risks; safeguarding the information assets of its customers and clients, along with those of the Group, against different threatening circumstances. The Group has prioritized information security by creating a policy and working together as a team to address it consistently and systematically.

1. Information Security System

The Group recognizes that ensuring information security is one of its main management issues. Corporate management takes the initiative to establish a system for this purpose and maintain its effectiveness by leveraging a management cycle.

2. Management and Protection of Information Assets

Well-established internal regulations permeate each workplace and are utilized for appropriately managing and protecting information assets.

3. Employee Training

Employees in the Group are thoroughly trained and educated to raise awareness of the need for information security.

4. Compliance

The Group complies with all laws and regulations, codes, and agreements related to information security.

5. Response to Information Security Issues

For any information security incident or breach, the Group will take appropriate and prompt action to minimize impacts and investigate the cause to prevent recurrence.
