Product lineup of 2015 new series

In the U.S., since the new energy saving regulation started in 2006, our company has been developing high energy-saving models always leading the industry.

The new model “ASU9RLS3” accomplished SEER:33/HSPF:14.2 and maximum heating capacity 22,000BTU. Also, in the same series, the lineup was strengthened by adding outdoor units equipped with anti-freeze heater for cold area.

1) Enhancing energy-saving performance and heating capacity substantially by our original energy-saving technology

We realized the industry’s top^(*1) energy-saving performance in the U.S. market by reviewing the structure of indoor unit and adopting such technologies as “Large-size high density multi-path heat exchanger”, “High efficiency DC rotary compressor”, “Inverter control” using Φ5mm thin copper pipe for the “latest chassis” introducing the state-of-the-art technology like the models for Japan. Also, the heating capacity was improved by about 10%^(*3) compared to our conventional models.

2）Realizing energy-saving operation by Energy Save Program (ESP)

The Energy Save Program is the function that detects the movement of person in the room by human sensor and makes energy-saving operation when there is no person in the room. When the person returns to the room, the operation returns to the previous mode. Thus, the energy-saving operation at the time of operating the set was realized.

“AOU18/24RLXFZH” series are 2 – 3 room multi type models for cold area specifications and heating operation is possible even during such severe cold winter period as outside temperature -26°C in addition to top class energy-saving performance.

1) Heating operation possible even at outside temperature -26°C by adopting anti-freeze heater

Outdoor units are equipped with base heater for components preventing internal freezing and also the material of high anti-icing effect is used for external material. Also, the structure to drain melted ice smoothly is adopted by providing grove at the bottom. By these measures, the heating operation has become possible even at outside temperature -26°C. Furthermore, powerful heating operation is realized with heating capacity increased by 50% compared to our conventional models at outside temperature -15°C.

2) Accomplishing industry’s top class energy saving performance

The industry’s top class energy consumption efficiency SEER 21.5/HSPF 10.9 was accomplished by energy-saving technology such as “High efficiency DC rotary compressor”, “Large-size heat exchanger”, “Inverter control”. (AOU18RLXFZH)

In the multi air conditioning system for buildings “AIRSTAGE^®”, heat recovery/heat pump types compatible for high voltage 460V were developed and the industry’s top class energy-saving performance was accomplished enhancing energy-saving performance and heating capacity substantially.

2) Lineup (Outdoor units: 2 types, 6 models)

Outdoor units are 2 types, 6 models of heat recovery type and heat pump type with simultaneous cooling and heating operation available and combination from 72,000BTU to 288,000BTU for each capacity is possible.
