Notice Concerning Completion of Acquisition and Change of Company Name of Greek Distributor

As announced in our press release* dated December 27, 2022, we have acquired 51% of the outstanding shares of FG South East Europe S.A. In addition, we would like to announce that the company name changed on June 13, 2022, in connection with this acquisition.

New company name: Fujitsu General South East Europe S.A.
