If your air conditioner doesn't work, ask for technical assistance.
Count the blinks of each indicator lamp and contact Fujitsu General's customer service or your local service agent.

Confirm the following three points when checking the indicator lamps.
Types of indicator lamps
The names and colors of indicator lamps on an air conditioner vary from model to model. Check the indicator lamps on the unit or the operation manual to find their names.

Blinking speed
Different blinking speed correspond to different errors. Check the blinking speed of the indicator lamps.
Blinking times
Count the blinks of the operation indicator lamp and the timer indicator lamp.

These are not indications of a failure
The indicator lamps may blink even when no failure occurs.
The operation and timer indicator lamps blink alternately
This happens when the power supply to an air conditioner is interrupted during operation, such as due to a power outage.
The operation and timer indicator lamps blink simultaneously
This happens during a test run. Press the START/STOP button on the remote controller to stop operation, and hit the button again to resume operation.
Diagnosis based on the blinking patterns of indicator lamps
You can get a failure diagnosis based on the blinking patterns of the indicator lamps. As the lamps may blink even when no failure occurs, go to the "Failure Diagnosis" page or the "How to Check Error Code" page before requesting repair.
You can get a diagnosis of your air conditioner based on its model name and the blinking patterns of its indicator lamps (or an alphanumeric code shown on the unit).

When you need to request check or repair
After checking the blinking patterns of the indicator lamps, shut down the unit and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Call your retailer or our call center for assistance. When you call, provide the model name of your air conditioner as well as the blinking patterns of the indicator lamps or the alphanumeric code shown on the unit*.
