Connection with the remote controller fails The remote controller is not displayed

• Check the distance between the remote controller and the smartphone. If the distance is 10 m or more, the connection fails.
• Make sure that the Bluetooth^® communication is enabled on your smartphone.
• Make sure that the remote controller to be connected is equipped with the Bluetooth connection function. Refer to the installation manual of the remote controller to check if it is equipped with the Bluetooth connection function.
• Turn off the remote controller and the air conditioner, and redo the connection procedure from the beginning.
• Make sure that this application is authorized to use the positional information and Bluetooth by your smartphone setting.

Sending of data, or loading of setting values fails

• Check the distance between the remote controller and the smartphone. If the distance is 10 m or more, the connection fails.

Field settings are not overwritten

• Check if the air conditioner supports the field settings that have been made. For supported field settings, refer to the installation manual of the air conditioner.

Setting files or logo images cannot be newly created

• Check the number of saved files or images. If the number has reached the upper limit, delete unnecessary files or images.
