Function Setting

Tap [Function Setting] on the Data Setting screen to display the Function Setting Screen.

Function Setting Screen

This screen allows you to create and select a setting file to change the Function settings of the air conditioner collectively.

NOTE

For the supported Function number and Setting number, refer to the installation manual of the indoor unit.

(a)	Tap here to finish Function Setting, and return to the Data Setting screen.
(b)	Tap here to create a new setting file. *When the remote controller is connected, [Add Data] changes to [Add / Load Data].
(c)	Tap here to select a file to send to the remote controller. (The white line is displayed on the left side of the file being selected.)
(d)	Tap here to edit a created file.

NOTE

Up to 10 setting files can be saved. When creating a new setting file after the upper limit is reached, remove unnecessary setting files, and then create the new file.

Creating a new setting file

Tap the entry field (a) for Func No. or entry field (b) for Setting No. to display the keyboard.
Enter a 2-digit number for each.
NOTES
For the supported Function number and Setting number, refer to the installation manual of the indoor unit.
When the remote controller is connected, the setting values can be loaded or copied.
Tap [OK] (d) to display the Save window.
(Tap [Cancel] (c) to cancel the setting, and return to the Function Setting Screen.)
Tap the entry field (e), and enter the name of the setting file within 20 characters.
Tap [OK] (g) to create the setting file.
(Tap [CANCEL] (f) to close the window.)

Editing the created setting file

Tap (a)～(d) to edit the setting file.

(a)	Tap here to edit the setting file. For details of the editable contents, refer to “Creating a new setting file”.
(b)	Tap here to edit the file name.
(c)	Tap here to copy the setting file. Enter a name different from the original file name, and save it.
(d)	Tap here to delete the setting file.

Tap (e) to close the edit bar.

Loading or copying the current setting values

NOTES

To make the following settings, connection between the remote controller and the smartphone is required.
The setting contents in the Function setting may be reflected by turning off the air conditioner. If loading results or response results do not match, turn off the air conditioner and try again.

Loading the setting value

The Setting numbers for the Function setting currently set can be confirmed.

Tap the entry field (a) for Func No. and enter the Function number to be loaded.
Tap [Load] (b) to display the current Setting No. in the Response field.

Copying the setting value

The loaded Setting number can be copied to the setting file.

After the setting value is loaded, tap the copy button (c) to copy the numerical value in the Response field to the Setting No. field.

Sending the setting value

The Function setting allows the setting to be sent during file creation.

Tap [Send] (d) during file creation to send the entered Function setting to the remote controller.
