Answer

Check if the target AIRSTAGE Edge Controller is listed on the Edge Supervisors screen in Settings.

If it is not, activation has failed. Repeat the activation procedure.

If you still cannot perform activation, the possibility is that the AIRSTAGE Edge Controller has been already assigned to another site.
