Answer

Assigning an AIRSTAGE Edge Controller to the site restarts the controller automatically, and it takes 5 to 10 minutes before you can go to the Site Dashboard screen.

If the status indicator remains red for longer than 10 minutes, restart the AIRSTAGE Edge Controller again.
