FAQ: AIRSTAGE Cloud What should I do if I forget the password to log in to the AIRSTAGE Cloud?

Answer

Take the following steps:

1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the AIRSTAGE Cloud login screen.

2. Enter the e-mail address of your account on the Modal screen

3. An MFA verification code will be sent to that address. Enter that code and set a new password.

If you have administrator privileges, you can change your password on the My Profile screen in Settings.
