FAQ: AIRSTAGE Cloud What should I do if an error message pops up after completing a scan?

Check the displayed error code. Potential causes and troubleshooting tips for each error code are shown in the table below.

Error Message 1 : The network of VRF systems is Busy. Please wait a while and try again.

The network is busy. Scan again later.

Error Message 2 : The device is being set up.

The outdoor unit or indoor unit was not ready for scanning. Scan again five or more minutes after turning on the unit.

Error Message 3 : No priority unit at outdoor units.

The refrigerant system includes a secondary outdoor unit but no primary outdoor unit. Correct the unit address of the outdoor unit and scan again.

Error Message 4 : Data acquisition error

The scan failed to acquire necessary information. Make sure the network connection is secure and scan again.

Error Message 5 : The scan was stopped because an emergency stop was detected.

There was an emergency shutdown in the refrigerant system during the scan. Scan again after the system resumes operation.

Error Message 6 : The scan was stopped because a maintenance was detected.

Maintenance was being performed in the refrigerant system during the scan. Scan again after the system resumes operation.

Error Message 7 : There is an abnormality in RCG address.

A)No remote controller address for the primary unit (address number "0") is registered in the RCG*.

B)The remote controller addresses for the air conditioners are not sequentially numbered, starting from "0" in the RCG. Correct the air conditioner addresses in the RCG, and scan again.
