Firmware update for a minor fix to push notifications on the AIRSTAGE Mobile app

The firmware of air conditioner indoor units that come standard with WLAN adapters has been updated.

To make use of the latest functions, update the firmware using the AIRSTAGE Mobile app.

Update details

The update fixes an issue where a push notification with incorrect information may be sent to the AIRSTAGE Mobile app. The update only applies to the indoor units below when used in a Multi-split system (multiple indoor units connected to an outdoor unit).

Check firmware version

  1. Launch the AIRSTAGE Mobile app on your smart device.
  2. Tap the registered air conditioner unit under “Device List.” Then click the information icon to check the current firmware version under “Firmware information.”
  3. The firmware update is needed if the version of Indoor Unit S1 is older than 01.02.

How to update

You will receive a push notification on your smart device within two to three days of an update release if you are using the AIRSTAGE Mobile app with an indoor unit that can be updated. (If push notifications are turned on.)

Updates will be released as needed starting on December 2, 2024.
